ANTI-GRAFFITI PROGRAMS It is a leading priority within the Monrovia Police Department to eliminate graffiti as quickly as possible. Here's how we do it:
SAME-DAY GRAFFITI REMOVAL Contact our Graffiti Hotline at (626) 836-3654 and leave the location and the date and time you saw the graffiti. The City's contractor will respond to the call within 24 Hours.
GRAFFITI BOUNTY: RECEIVE $100 If you witness an individual in the act of vandalism, immediately call (626) 357-CELL to report the activity. If the Monrovia Police Department locates and arrests the suspect, the caller receives a $100 bill. To learn more about the bounty, click here.
