If you wish to pay your parking violation in person, payment by check or money order only may be deposited at the Monrovia Police Department, 140 E. Lime Avenue. You may also mail your check or money order to Parking Enforcement Center, PO Box 6010, Inglewood, CA 90312-6010. Make checks payable to City of Monrovia Parking Enforcement Center.
