All documents are also available for viewing at the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 415 S. Ivy Avenue; at the Community Center, 119 W. Palm Avenue; at Monrovia Public Library at its temporary site at the Mary Wilcox Youth Center, corner of Mountain and Olive Avenues; and at the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce, 620 S. Myrtle Avenue.

Copies may be purchased directly from Office Depot and Kinko outlets in Monrovia.

Formal public comment on the draft plan was accepted for one month, from August 25 to September 25, and both written and oral comments were taken at the Commission's September 9 meeting.

Responses to the comments are now being prepared and will become part of the final document.

The Commission will NOT review the Draft Hillside Wilderness Preserve and Hillside Recreation Area Resource Management Plan at its November meeting due to the time needed to respond in detail to public comments and questions. 

The Commission could take up the matter again in December if the responses are complete at that time.
