Community Media of the Foothills is a non-profit organization that operates local cable access television channels and programming in Monrovia - on Channels 3, 98 and 99 on the Time Warner cable system and on Channels 6, 16 and 17 on the Champion Broadband cable system.

Government programming can be found on 17 and 99.

Public Access Programming can be found on 16 and 98.

The best of locally produced programming can be found on 3 and 6.
