BUILDING DIVISION Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the Building Division is to provide and assure minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all buildings and structures within the City of Monrovia.
